The thing is…..
most of you probably know this already, but incase you forgot I will remind you.
A lot of people will try to define you
they will try to find a place for you, a box to be specific and put you there whether you like it or not.
and there are a variety of these boxes
and you can be placed in more than one, but the rule is you absolutely have to belong to a definition box.
That being said, another reminder
People do not have the POWER to define you
only you have the power to define you…. and people can’t define you unless you LET them.
so technically if you remember that in truth despite the odds and the numbers people other than yourself are powerless over you
You do not have to belong to a box, on Monday you can be a “bad” person by their definition and a “hero” to them on Friday.
if you live for majority, if you live for others, if you live for the attention of others, and if you care whether “everyone” respects, likes you or not.
you won’t live at all
Because in reality who is EVERYONE? is Everyone your “clique” of shallow superficial socialites, and if “everyone” doesn’t like you you’re life has no meaning?
do you really want to base your self worth on people who can’t live with a hair out of place.
is Everyone the religious group members you see weekly and God forbid they find out you like to watch porn and gamble from time to time
then will you be worthless, ruined?
How about this, about you participate in multiple social settings shallow, deep, unorthodox, religious, professional
And you choose who you are, regardless of what people think.
Then if you no longer fit into any group
you are still an amazing incredibly unique, significant person that doesn’t need to submit to any box
you made your own box badazzled with glitter, or a sphere or a cloud.
whatever the fuck you want.
then you’ll live, there won’t be any mid life crisis, because you lived life to the fullest and thats what is important
The best way to get to know a person is not by what they say about themselves, but what they say about the world, people and everything else. So if you want to get to know me there is no better way than just simply reading my work. It’s the window to my soul.
